  2. I am trying to find information on William Buck Goodrum who was my great great great grandfather. His wife was Mary Polly Richards. Would like to know more about the Richards Co

    1. It appears that W B Goodrum was a close family member of Capt Stephen Richards and this joined up in his irregular force to patrol along the Apalachicola River during the unrest between the Creek Wars.
      W B died sometime between 1850 and 1860.
      By 1860 his wife and children were all living near Houston, Texas.
